Losing weight is easy ...

... if you're in a coma, maybe. Most of us have to work at it — every day and every minute. It's not easy to make the right choices, to drink water instead of (diet) soda, pick the grilled chicken sandwich instead of a burger or choose to get up and get moving instead of lounging around in bed.

But making those tough choices leads to success. I should know: I've lost a little more than 60 pounds on Weight Watchers since 2007, with 13 to go to get to my WW goal.

Ticker

Weight history

Current weight — 184.2

Highest known weight — 306

Atkins starting weight — 276

Atkins ending weight — 169

WW starting weight — 246

WW goal — 170

Personal goal — 160

Doc says — "150 wouldn't be out of the question." Yeah, right.
